When tensioner working the external cage no movement, better for change speed Suitable for Brompton / Trifold / Pikes / 3Sixty, there maybe need modified some parts. Support single speed, and 2-6 speeds The main body of the chain tensioner is adjustable in two stages and can be compatible with different sizes of tensioner wheels. The main body and the swing arm are lengthened compared to the original one, with larger tooth capacity, and a wider range of gears that can be used. The chain tensioner can be compatible with the original tensioner wheels.
Suggestion:
- If your Tensioner arm is made of plastic material, the Tensioner wheels can choose aluminum alloy and plastic fiber composite material;
- If your Tensioner arm is made of metal material, the Tensioner wheel is best to choose plastic fiber Tensioner wheels otherwise it will be easy to scratch metal Tensioner arm and Tensioner wheels
Note: If you want to use this on your 3sixty or Pikes, there maybe do a little modification to matched our this parts, maybe add 2 link chains will work better.
